Certifications + approvals
  • The gas filter: CE certified to EN 14387:2004+A1:2008, class A1, the European standard for organic gas and vapor filters
  • The particle filter: CE certified to EN 143:2021, class P2
  • Examined by CCQS Certification Services, Ireland, notified body 2834
  • Why that's rare: replacement filters are where anonymous sellers cut corners, because nobody checks. These were checked, by a European notified body, model by model
  • The pairing rule: certified filters keep a certified mask certified. Generic substitutes break the chain
Compatibility chart

Made for one mask, certified with it.

  • Fits one mask: the Tesoro TS-M101 respirator + goggle set
  • These are not generic spares: they're the same filters named on the TS-M101's CE certificates, in refill form
  • Two layers per filter: activated carbon handles paint, resin and solvent vapors, the P2 layer takes the dust, one filter, both threats
  • Not for the rest of the range: TS-100 takes 80mm P-A-1, TS-100X takes 40mm P-A-2, TS-AX takes PM2.5 pads
  • Your kit shipped with 10: when breathing stiffens or odor slips through, they've done their work, and this is the box that takes over
Works with

Whatever your TS-M101 is doing this month, this is what's working inside it:

  • Painting + finishing: spray, brush, stain, varnish, the carbon layer takes the vapor
  • Wood + workshop: sanding, sawing, routing, the P2 layer earns its keep
  • Resin + maker work: epoxy, casting, print finishing, the fumes that build up before you notice them
  • Metal prep: grinding, polishing, weld-area cleanup
  • House + yard: drywall, garage projects, cleaning chemicals, dusty seasons

The design insight: most real jobs aren't one hazard. Sanding a painted table is dust and vapor at once. That's exactly the gap a combined A1-P2 filter exists to close.

Included in the Box

  • 2 × carbon gas filters

  • Cotton filtration layers

  • Canister filter boxes

When should I replace my filter?

Replace your filter when breathing feels harder, you notice odor or taste breakthrough, the filter looks damaged, or it has been used for an extended period in a dusty, chemical, or vapor-heavy environment.

Can I buy replacement filters separately?

Yes. TESORO sells replacement filters for each compatible mask, so you can keep your respirator ready without replacing the full mask.

Are TESORO masks reusable?

Yes, TESORO’s core respirator masks are reusable. Filters are replaceable and should be changed based on use, exposure level, and condition.

What is the difference between full-face and half-face respirators?

Full-face respirators cover your eyes, nose, and mouth for broader protection and visibility. Half-face respirators cover the nose and mouth and are useful for many work, DIY, and general protection tasks.

Do I need eye protection too?

For painting, spraying, dust-heavy work, or chemical exposure, eye protection is often important. TESORO’s TS-M101 includes a half-face respirator and goggle set for users who need both respiratory and eye coverage.
