Warranty

1-year limited warranty. Every Tesoro mask and facepiece is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a covered defect appears, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.

Filters and consumables. Filters, cartridges, pads, and straps are consumable parts. They are warranted only against defects present on delivery, not against normal use. Filters are replaced on the schedule shown on each product page and are governed by the printed shelf-life or expiry date.

What is not covered. Normal wear, used or expired filters, and damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or modification. This warranty covers the build of the product. It does not guarantee protection, which depends on correct fit, the right filter, and proper use as described on each product page.
