United States Shipping
Orders with a subtotal of $30 or more qualify for free shipping to addresses within the United States.
For orders under $30, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the applicable UPS shipping rate for the delivery address and selected shipping service.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated using current UPS rates based on factors including the destination, package weight, dimensions, and selected delivery method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed before being handed over to UPS for delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available once the order has shipped.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.
