Compatibility chart

One mask, one motion, zero tools.

  • Fits one mask: the Tesoro TS-100X tactical full face gas mask
  • The thread: standard 40mm screw, hand-tight, no tools, workable in gloves and in the dark
  • Not for the rest of the range: the TS-100 takes the larger 80mm P-A-1, the TS-M101 takes A1-P2 canisters, the TS-AX takes PM2.5 pads
  • Quick self-check: if your mask has a single round port about the size of your palm, you're on the right page
  • The rule: one real use, one filter. After any deployment, training day or job, a fresh canister goes on before the mask goes back in the kit
Works with

The four lives of a TS-100X, and this canister works all of them:

  • The kit: wildfire smoke, chemical incidents, the box you check yearly and hope stays shut
  • Smoke + dust days: carbon takes the odor, the layers take the ash and debris
  • Training: drills, airsoft, scenario days, where filters get spent on purpose
  • The workshop: spray painting, solvent cleanup, lab work, an honest weekday job for a preparedness tool

Hand-offs: heavy daily spray work is better served by the TS-100 with its twin 80mm cartridges. And nothing here touches firefighting or low-oxygen spaces.

Included in the Box

  • 1 × P-A-2 40mm activated carbon filter, factory sealed

When should I replace my filter?

Replace your filter when breathing feels harder, you notice odor or taste breakthrough, the filter looks damaged, or it has been used for an extended period in a dusty, chemical, or vapor-heavy environment.

Can I buy replacement filters separately?

Yes. TESORO sells replacement filters for each compatible mask, so you can keep your respirator ready without replacing the full mask.

Are TESORO masks reusable?

Yes, TESORO’s core respirator masks are reusable. Filters are replaceable and should be changed based on use, exposure level, and condition.

What is the difference between full-face and half-face respirators?

Full-face respirators cover your eyes, nose, and mouth for broader protection and visibility. Half-face respirators cover the nose and mouth and are useful for many work, DIY, and general protection tasks.

Do I need eye protection too?

For painting, spraying, dust-heavy work, or chemical exposure, eye protection is often important. TESORO’s TS-M101 includes a half-face respirator and goggle set for users who need both respiratory and eye coverage.
