Compatibility chart

One thread, zero guesswork.

  • Standard 40mm screw thread: the most common filter size there is
  • Pairs with the Tesoro P-A-2 activated carbon canister
  • Hand-tight in seconds: no tools, works with gloves on
  • Tesoro's other filters don't fit this mask: P-A-1 is 80mm, A1-P2 and PM2.5 are different systems
  • The rule: after any real use, a fresh filter goes on before the mask goes back in the kit
  • Stock smart: one on the mask, two sealed beside it
Works with

One mask, four jobs it keeps showing up for:

  • Home readiness: wildfire smoke, chemical spills, the kit you check once a year and hope to never open
  • Smoke + dust days: carbon strips the odor, five layers of seal keep ash and debris out
  • Training + range days: tactical drills, airsoft, scenario work, with comms that don't need hand signals
  • The workshop: spray painting, solvent cleanup, lab and chemical work, full eye-and-lung cover in one piece

Included in the Box

  • 1 × TS-100X full face gas mask

  • 1 × P-A-2 40mm activated carbon filter

  • 5-point adjustable harness (pre-fitted)

When should I replace my filter?

Replace your filter when breathing feels harder, you notice odor or taste breakthrough, the filter looks damaged, or it has been used for an extended period in a dusty, chemical, or vapor-heavy environment.

Can I buy replacement filters separately?

Yes. TESORO sells replacement filters for each compatible mask, so you can keep your respirator ready without replacing the full mask.

Are TESORO masks reusable?

Yes, TESORO’s core respirator masks are reusable. Filters are replaceable and should be changed based on use, exposure level, and condition.

What is the difference between full-face and half-face respirators?

Full-face respirators cover your eyes, nose, and mouth for broader protection and visibility. Half-face respirators cover the nose and mouth and are useful for many work, DIY, and general protection tasks.

Do I need eye protection too?

For painting, spraying, dust-heavy work, or chemical exposure, eye protection is often important. TESORO’s TS-M101 includes a half-face respirator and goggle set for users who need both respiratory and eye coverage.
