Filter Compatibility
Every Tesoro mask is built around one filter. Fitting the wrong filter, or assuming filters interchange, is the most common and most dangerous mistake people make with respirators. So we keep it simple: find your mask below, and it shows you the one filter it takes and what that filter protects against.
The rule: one mask, one filter
Tesoro filters do not cross-fit. A filter made for one mask will not seal correctly on another, and a filter that does not seal does not protect you. Always match your mask to the filter listed for it here.

Mask by mask
TS-100 full face. Takes the P-A-1 cartridge set only. The P-A-1 uses an 80mm fitting, so the 40mm filters (P-A-2), the A1-P2 set, and the PM2.5 pads will not fit it. Use the TS-100 for paint, solvent, stain, and dust work.
TS-100X tactical. Takes the P-A-2 40mm carbon filter only. Although it uses a common 40mm thread, fit the Tesoro P-A-2 so you know the seal and the carbon are right for the mask. Built for preparedness storage, training, and vapour work.
TS-M101 half mask and goggle set. Takes the A1-P2 filter set only. This is the combination tested as Category III PPE, so do not substitute another filter. Use it for painting, sanding, carpentry, and landscaping, the vapour-plus-dust jobs.
TS-AX half mask. Takes the PM2.5 filter pads only. This is a particulate mask. It has no carbon layer, so it does not protect against solvent or paint vapour. For vapour work, step up to the TS-100 or TS-M101.
